At Cavalier Gastown, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't quite fit your style, we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, original-condition items.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including all designer tags, dust bags, and a copy of your original invoice.

• 3.
  Ship to Gastown

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your return back to our Vancouver flagship boutique.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
